Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled. However, managing future orders or subscriptions is straightforward. You can handle your subscriptions conveniently under the 'My Subscriptions' tab on our website by logging into your account. If you ever wish to cancel a subscription, we'll send you an automated email to confirm the cancellation. If you ever want to reactivate your subscription with us in the future, simply get in touch.

If you need to update your delivery address for an order that has not yet been processed, you can do so by providing your new address, and we can update this information for you.
